Why can't I establish a connection after selecting the avatar of the receiver's devices?

This is usually due to the unstable network connections or the incompatibility between the devices.


Solutions

1. Close and restart SHAREit on both devices, and then try again. If it still doesn't work, go to Settings, disable Faster Transferring and then try again.

2. If 'Prefer Wi-Fi Mode' is selected by the receiver, try to disable it and connect via hotspot.

3. Under some circumstances, running SHAREit, CLONEit and other apps simultaneously on the receiving device may cause connection problems. Close these apps and

try again.
